I’m Brittany Bair, founder and owner of Coastside Properties powered by Keller
Williams Outer Banks. I love helping people find their place here on the beach—
whether that’s selling a well-loved home, investing in a vacation rental, or snagging
a second-home escape. With an extensive background in property management
and vacation rentals, I know what today’s buyers are looking for and how to position
a home so it stands out.
I’m passionate about making the process simple and stress-free (real estate doesn’t
have to feel overwhelming!). I am also a straight shooter and never beat around the
bush. I will always be honest and guide my clients with their best interests at the
forefront.
When I am not busy serving my clients I enjoy spending time with husband Mike
and 3 children (Jonah 10, Sunny 5, and Collette 2). We are avid outdoor enthusiasts
who love fishing, hiking and exploring. I also have a passion for finding thrift store
treasures, a good cup of coffee, goldendoodles, puzzles and helping the community.
